Come prepared to be inspired!- Lead all stages (end to end service) of contingent worker transaction lifecycle within the Vendor Management System (VMS)- Build relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative solutions for their hiring needs- Ensure the hiring manager is educated on program, process, service and delivery expectations- Prepare and conduct the vital program-related trainings to hiring manager- Understand contingent worker recruitment standard methodologies, country regulations and industry trends to be able to contribute the phenomenal value service to Cisco hiring managers- Conduct compliance and audit activities- Conduct a speedy recruitment process for EMEAR region- Partner with the Hiring manager on the role requirements, connect with vendors on the vital roles and set up the deadlines**Who You'll Work With**: In this exciting role, you will work with a cross functional group (HR, IT / Infosec, Legal, Tax and Category Managers) and your primary clients are Cisco's Hiring Managers.
