In Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business, we're advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.**What You'll Do**- Execute method & time studies, capacity analysis and line balancing.- Calculate business unit direct labor needs to support year over year demands and to establish direct labor standards in coordination with the finance and operations teams.- Generate models and/or scenarios for Direct Labor Headcount requirements and volumes rates that support the best optimal cost structure for the business.- Provide support in the overall layout administration for specific product line.- Provide support in layout changes that enable growth, space utilization and flow improvements.- ** Shift Adm****Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering o related- 0-3 years of working experience on similar roles.- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as lean.- manufacturing techniques, value stream mapping, or similar.- Computer software knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCad).- Willing to travel.- Intermediate Command of English.**Preferred Qualifications**- 1 year prior experience in medical devices manufacturing.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
