Costa RicaRESPONSIBILITIES- Schedule audits, following the requirements of the schemes.- Manage pertinent systems to input data and/or tracking files regarding audits, but not limited to customer information, audit information, audit fees and expenses.- Select auditors to schedule audits based on scheme qualifications and client requirements. Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.- Book auditor's calendar with the activities assigned as audits and approval trainings based on the need of the business unit and requirements of the schemes.- Customer support during audit process flow, as needed.- Support the invoicing process through the internal information sources and systems for the regions assigned.- Request billing data information and Purchase Orders to customers as needed, follow up required.- Act as primary customer contact for questions regarding, but not limited to, audit fees, audit charges, invoice status, purchase orders and legal information. and evaluations- Point of contact of Headquarters for the programs assigned as needed.- Assists leaders on gathering data related to supplier forms, market data and special projects, as needed.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree.- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience including experience in providing excellent customer service.- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience with information systems and client information management.- B2 English Level.- Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills in Microsoft Office.- Building Strategic Working Relationships.- Contributing to Team Success.- Decision Maker (includes Problem Solving).- Innovator.- Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's or Licentiate Degree in business administration, systems administration, logistics of any other related area of study as economics, sciences, and information technology.- Experience supporting customers in Central America, The Caribbean and Colombia region.- Experience supporting/working with Order to Cash processes.ABOUT US- NSF is a growing global public health and safety organization.
