Corporate And Consulting - Data Procurement Analyst

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance,Economics or similar career.-- 0 to 2 years' experience in financial analysis or similar career is preferred, but not a requirement.-- English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.-- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe.-- General project management skills-- Clear communicator-- Experience with procurement concepts-- High attention to detail.-- Ability to prioritize and adept to client needs.-- Great customer service orientation.-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-- Self-motivated and quick learner.-- Demonstrated history of following the stock markets.-- High commitment, proactiveness and team work orientation.-- High Level Stakeholder Management (Principals and Partners)**Responsibilities**:- Track sourcing activities by vendor in spreadsheet based upon feedback, updates-- Update Lighthouse pipeline metrics app across 50 vendors-- Post preformatted reports to the client team weekly-- security review status, Trello-- Execute on preformatted executive summary by vendor and project-- Initiate approval Notes in phase 1 with generic info and post to folder
