Corporate And Consulting - Senior Research Analyst

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar major.-- Oral and written knowledge of English at a fluid level.-- Advanced level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Thinkcell. SQL is a plus.-- 2 to 4 years' experience in data analytics, market research, survey development preferred, but not a requirement.-- Stakeholder management.-- Should be comfortable working with strict SLAs.-- High attention to detail.-- Ability to prioritise and sensitive to client needs.-- Reasonable understanding of basic financial concepts.-- Self-motivated and a quick learner.-- Solid problem-solving orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced, individual/team and customer-oriented environment.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct exhaustive data analysis of retail banking benchmarks for European and North American region-- Create PPT decks using ThinkCell-- Write executive summaries, headlines-- Work and collaborate with an onshore team-- Manage stakeholders-- Conduct adhoc research-- Market Analysis: Sourcing and processing of market data and survey results, developing- benchmarks and summary of results.-- Other Research: Researching technical publications, regulatory frameworks, and analytical- research.
