Credit And Invoicing Associate

This position will have primary responsibility for Order Release functions related to the Accounts Receivable portfolio. Also includes processing and approving Contract and Battery orders within the Credit & Collections Department. Work closely with Sales, CRM and Supply Chain Department. Streamline and improve existing processes to ensure effective collections for accounts receivables. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Timely Order Release Responsible for setting up, processing and approving all Web based contracts. Assist in the development and implementation of standard procedures for the Regions, Battery and Sales departments in all areas of Contract Administration. Responsible for processing all manual and proforma domestic invoices for internal and external customers. Responsible for assisting with processing credit & rebills from Sales, Battery and CRM Department in the SMS system. Assist with approving and releasing all Battery orders in the Battery Queue. Identify and route issues to the Sales and Collections associate if rejecting a customer contract. Provide a high level of customer service for both internal and external Liebert Customers. Responsible for releasing Part Orders.
