It is an account manager's responsibility to address customers/stakeholders' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. He/she will act as project manager in key initiatives previously aligned between the CRFC and the business.Essential duties & responsibilities:Responsibilities will evolve as this new function is established.- Act as program manager of the portfolio of initiatives agreed with the business, GPO and Finance One.- Responsible for consolidation and following up on issues/escalations.
