As an integral member of the Global Readiness & Enablement Services team, this role is responsible for leading and driving the strategy, management and continuous improvement of training and enablement for the CSM Role Excellence Program.

The Role Excellence Program is focused on building role-specific enablement for CSM’s through the use of Program Management, Curriculum Design, and Learning Experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, globally saavy, is flexible and comfortable with changing priorities, is able to distill large amounts of information into simple concepts and can build effective working relationships cross-functionally. Experience in an enterprise level sales, CSM or other customer focused role with a knowledge of what it takes to develop, and retain loyal customers.

Additionally, they would bring unique and innovative perspectives to enablement delivery with a focus on instilling customer centricity into the sales and learning assessments, while simultaneously developing CSM talent.

What You’ll do:

- Work with business owners at the management/executive level to assess and understand skills and enablement needs, define options, and translate them into actionable and measurable program objectives and goals
- Represent the requirements and needs of CSM organizations globally while Influencing the direction of training activities, content and assessments
- Drive the successful global execution of initiatives to ensure milestones and objectives are met while ensuring quality and honoring regional nuances
- Deliver effective program communications that inform, influence and drive adoption and championship of programs, deliverables and results
- Develop and manage a detailed project or program plan that takes into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives
- Effectively manage risk, partnering with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect necessary fluctuations in goals and requirements
- Leverage change management best practices to ensure the successful adoption of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the Talent Development Organization, incorporating appropriate experiential learning and development practices to complement and reinforce program deliverables
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Global Readiness and Enablement, advocating for its offerings and articulating its value proposition for its stakeholder

What You Need:

- 7-10+ years of experience in customer facing roles
- Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentations skills and ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives
- Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement programs
- Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to establish and build close working relationships. Strong personal credibility and influencing skills. Team-oriented planner and decision-maker
- Ability to creatively drive alignment & deliver results
- Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction
- Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
- You are high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade, such as new training methods and practices
- Knowledge of Adobe products and their use across customer segments is desired
