**Acerca de la vacante**:**Funciones del Puesto**:- Customer Care- Customer service for key accounts- Order entry and order processing (preparation of quotations, order confirmation and delivery notes)- Deadline monitoring of customer orders- Conducting telephone conferences with customers- Monitoring of weekly deliveries / forwarding delivery information to customer- Master data maintenance- Commercial processing of complaints- Maintenance and monitoring of forecast figures- Support in the organization and execution of customer visits- Improving the productivity and efficiency of all processes through systematic error analysis and continuous optimization of all processes- Identification of error hotspots and initiation of corrective actions- Quality Management Support- Perform final quality release of products and documents incl. bookings in ERP System- Document translations and transfers from English into Spanish- Purchasing Support- Handling of the order and delivery process from the determination of requirements to the creation of inquiries, orders, delivery date tracking and invoice verification**Requisitos del Puesto**:- Graduated Bachelor degree- Advanced knowledge in MS Office- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish(B)**Experiência Deseada**:Experience equivalent (business or industrial administration, industrial engineering, others)**Habilidades Deseadas**:- High level of self-motivation, communication skills and assertiveness- Intercultural and social competence and ability to work in a team- Solution-oriented analytical thinking and working- Organized, detail-oriented team player capable of working in a deadline dedicated environment- Quality awareness**Otros detalles**:**Area del Puesto**:Administración**Ubicación del Puesto**:Arenilla, Cartago, Costa Rica**Nível Académico**:Bachillerato Universitario**Nível de Cómputo**:Office Basico (Word,Excel,Outlook)**Idiomas**:**Inglés**: 80%
