We have had amazing results this first year in Costa Rica, so further expansion is coming!Pacific Barcode Inc. selected Costa Rica as their new site for expanding their business due to rapid growth and opportunities available.You would be amongst the first on board at our new site, which means a lot of growth potential.Reports to: Costumer Service Manager (Costa Rica)Key strengths required: Communication, Sales, Customer Service, Written and Verbal Skills, Attention to Detail, Follow-through, Process Oriented.The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate order processing for our "house" accounts, compliance labeling program and our internal sales team. The Sales Team CSR will work closely with and take direction from Pacific Barcode's Customer Service Manager and our sales agents.Job Duties (Other Duties May be Assigned)- Based on a set of qualifications, will work with the sales agent to place order(s).- Identifies customers who may benefit from additional Pacific Barcode products and services, refers them to marketing.- Documents and tracks all customer activity with our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager).- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.- Data entry in various platforms.Skills/Qualifications- Exemplary Communication Skills- Customer Service with a Quality Focus- Product and Market Knowledge- Problem Solving with high level of follow through- Documentation Skills - process oriented- Excellent conversational skills are a must- Active Listening Skills/Phone Skills- Full COVID-19 vaccination- Excellent oral and written English is required.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From ¢650,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All applicants must be fully vaccinated before starting to work with us.
