We're looking for a customer service representative who is excited to work from home (100% remote).**What does a Work From Home Bilingual Customer Representative really do?**You're someone who can provide concierge-style phone service to our customers in a helpful and respectful manner on every call. You're great on the phone and you're confident you can always find a way to connect with anyone you talk with. We're looking for top-notch people with coachable attitudes so this isn't for everyone.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Great Phone Etiquette — manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner- Be a Problem Solver— identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions- Tech-Savvy —document customer interaction according to company operating procedures- Coachable — open to following phone scripts when handling rejections**Why we think this job is great**:- It's a remote full-time, 100% remote position where you'll work from home- You'll have clear goals and the resources you need to deliver.
