If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.The Canada Call Center Representative provides service to consumers/members on their credit files by updating accounts, creating investigations, providing adequate solutions to their problems, providing information to pull their credit report, provide and sale the credit score and other similar products, also assist and educate the consumers about the policies, procedures and information reported on the Equifax credit file and give the appropriate follow up to the members investigations.**What you'll do**:- Manage sales over the phone and educate clients on their commercial credit files.- Handle requests and answer general questions.- Share resolution details with clients and team.
