Provide recommendations and executive summaries to the management team.Maintain detailed records and provide reports on findings, risks, and recommendations.Evaluate and recommend security tools and solutions for improving security posture.Collaborate with different teams to continuously refine and optimize security controls and measures.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security controls and incident response procedures.Coordinate and participate in security incident simulations to assess readiness and response capabilities.Review and update security controls and incident response procedures to align with changing threats and business needs.Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.**What you need**:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field of technology or equivalent work experience.At least one industry leading certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM or similar.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in testing and validating the effectiveness of security controls and incident response procedures.Minimum 4 years of experience working in multinational and culturally diverse teams, coordinating security assessments, compliance audits, and quality assurance initiatives.
