Key Responsibilities
To help make the cloud more efficient and cost effective for the business sectors who are our customers.
Examine myriad metrics and sources of data to model costs, processes, and develop machine learning models that help guide business decisions.
An important element of each of those outputs is how the data is represented visually.
To tell that story in web dashboard visualizations you build using a suite of in:house tools we've developed for this purpose.
Experience with Perl or Python is strongly preferred, although utilization of these lower:level languages will be less frequent than the front:end technologies of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that form the bedrock of all user experience on the web.
Understand revision control, software development best practices, and be able to work with both Windows and Open Source Technologies.
Knowledge of databases is going to be key.
Crafting basic SQL queries and views will be the way you pull data into your dashboard templates, so you'll need to be able to understand SQL as well.
