Descripción de la Plaza/nAbout the role

The Marketing Science Analyst for Digital Integration ensures that the team’s data is rich, consistent and ready for analysis. Our clients are large and well-known brands with large amounts of content distributed across a number of properties; we are looking for someone who can help design taxonomies that are flexible enough to fit a wide range of content types but that allow the rest of the team to analyze content in detail. Moreover, the analyst will also ensure that the technical implementation of said taxonomy is done flawlessly and be responsible for execution across a number of stakeholders in different organizations. You will help organize, catalogue and measure the actions of individuals to build aggregate datasets that will help our clients understand their customers.

Responsabilities

With your incredible previous experience, we expect you to:
Classify content and actions across various different customer sites, making them specific enough for valuable analysis but allowing for enough abstraction to scale
Implement tracking tags
Identify opportunities for the collection of valuable information and configure tags to track it
Maintain and update relevant documentation
Enforce data integrity across various organizations
Streamline data ingestion processes for ease of analysis and reporting
Identify opportunities to enhance existing statistical analysis or activate personalization capabilities
Maintain a well-organized approach to a variety of projects and ensure on-time delivery.
Attend meetings over video-conference during the day, potentially scheduled at short notice
Keep in touch with the rest of the team through email and slack throughout the day

Required skills

So, what do you need to be successful? Besides a great attitude…
You must have:
3 years experience with any of the following tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sizmek, Google Ad Words, Facebook PowerEditor, Bing, or any programmatic buying platform such as The Trade Desk
1+ years experience with presenting data visually
Thorough knowledge of how website tracking works
1+ years experience coordinating complex tasks with stakeholders in different organizations
Strong communication skills in English – can clearly communicate and give direction to both more junior and potentially more senior stakeholders
Strong sense of urgency

It would be awesome if you also have:
1+ year of experience using SQL
Experience using Python or R
Proven experience on clearly delivering data findings, insights, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of data modeling, quering, and dashboard development (using tools like Tableau)
Familiarity with website and digital analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Double-click, Google Analytics)
