Additionally, will support projects aimed at generating efficiencies through data analysis, reporting, and review for metrics, KPIs, research, and data-driven processes.- Design, develop, and maintain automated data solutions.- Prepare and distribute scheduled business reporting and ad hoc solutions.- Identify and support business needs and recommend solutions that integrate with existing data and technical solutions.- Effectively communicate and present complex analytics to stakeholders and customers. Using Power BI-related tools to analyze data and report out results for process improvements.- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple segments of the business. Implement connections to automated data sets.- Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams.- Support development and maintenance of internal procedures and documentation that encompass the full life-cycle of data analytics-related activities.- Understand business objectives for data analytics and ensure adherence to established business and data processes.- Support CI/CD tools integration/ operations/ change management, and maintenance.**What you need**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or related fields.- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.- 2-5 years of experience in data analytics activities.- Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.- Knowledge of at least one general programming language, preferably Python or R.- Familiarity with databases and data warehouses, including MySQL, MS SQL Server.- Comfort and proficiency in utilizing various technology platforms like SAP, Oracle, Azure, etc.- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and code management/versioning tools like git.**About Stryker
