Digital Assets Coordinator (Dam)

Agency:HPS MagmaJob Description Summary:Job Description:- Some of the usual tasks would be:- Facilitate the delivery and tracking of assets for both our constantly growing catalog of content, as well as our library. This responsibility includes, troubleshooting delivery issues, and verifying image status-- Responsible for ingesting digital assets, metadata tagging, and organizing assets in the DAM, includes getting all images to and from retouching, filing images in appropriate folders-- Manage and maintain metadata standards relevant to digital assets-- Ensures all products are shot per the directive-- Execute product launch processes, including image uploads, PDP details, product recommendations, variant linking, etc-- Assist with assigning style naming on set-- Responsible for uploading and tagging final produced assets-- Ensure all samples are organized on correct racks, steamed and ready prior to shootYou Must Have- College degree preferred-- PC or Mac proficiency-- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and demonstrated familiarity with all types of file formats, including video formats-- Excellent organization and time management; possesses an ability to prioritize a large volume of work effectively & efficiently with tight deadlines-- Attention-to-detail; demonstrating a high degree of accuracy-- Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks-- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills-- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity-- Ability to maintain positive, respectful, and professional relationships with team, other departments, clients and vendorsSkills:Contract Type:PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
