Director Of Communications For Sales And Customer Experience Operations

What We'll Bring:We are seeking a Director of Communications to lead content creation and support for our sales enablement/content platform for B2B Operations enabled by Salesforce and Seismic. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at anassigned TU office location, Heredia, Lagunilla.What You'll Bring:Lead the team responsible for executing and supporting content creation, management and governance for TransUnion's sales enablement/content platform (The Source) and relevant communication deliverables for Customer Experience Operations. Provide content to increase the effectiveness and impact to associates. May research, write and edit content. Coach, support and collaborate with content contributors to ensure strategy alignment and adherence with best practices.Drive continuous improvement to optimize the processes and activity execution in alignment with enterprise objectives and industry and function standards. Manage vendor relationships to foster the partnership to ensure the capabilities, usage, costs and support continue to meet or exceed expectations.Impact You'll Make:Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with emphasis in communications and people management.Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write, edit and present compelling content.Background in developing and executing communication programs and success measurement.Ability to form influential, consultative working relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Creative, strategic, resourceful and persistent; flexible and adaptive to changing priorities with a positive attitude, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; exudes accountability, initiative and ownership.Ability to develop high-performing teams with strong resource management, prioritization and organizational skills.Technical proficiency with Seismic or other comparable sales enablement/content management toolDesired (not required): Bilingual in English and Spanish or/PortugueseTransUnion Job TitleDirector, Business Operations
