These policies utilize mathematical models and other techniques to understand and predict customer behavior. At the director level, the employee typically leads a team of 3-6 employees. Has overall control of planning, staffing, and recommending and implementing changes to methods. Establishes strategic plans and objectives. Influences policymaking.Specific Responsibilities:Build and lead a high performing team that serves as a "Center of Excellence" for third party relationship governance pertaining to CFR's most critical, global data vendorsDrive operational excellence, and robust governance of data usage across various use cases within the company.
