Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills.**What you will do**:The Associate Manager for Disputes will report directly to Sr Back Office Manager for ITC. Responsible for monitoring and driving the dispute processes and platforms. Will be responsible for resolving problems and providing recommendations for improving the dispute resolution process. This role will work to optimize the processes involved with collections. This person will act as a central point for the escalation of issues within the invoice to cash work stream. setting a strong tone within the organization. Responsible for supporting the team on the resolution of highly complex A/R disputes portfolio management activities to ensure proper dispute resolution, the prompt and effective escalation of unsolved outstanding disputes, and any other processes required to ensure appropriate maintenance of the assigned disputes portfolio. This includes support on any ERP change and Stryker's divisional process change.- Ensure quality and productivity Targets defined for Disputes activities are properly monitored and actions are taken for improvement.- Monitor the status of the Dispute process and platforms to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team.- Ensure proper controls implementation and compliance.- Responsible for supporting SAP implementations.- Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in sales or customer service) to ensure that credit and collection activities are consistent with the organization's overall customer relations strategy.- Performs other ad hoc work as assigned by management -related to process improvement projects.**What you need**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business or related field- 5+ years of relevant working experience in I2C roles (Disputes and Collections) in a matrixed international company (preferably an American or Multinational Company) with complex reporting practices and exposure to various reporting systems.- 3+years in Leadership Positions (Sr Supervisor Level at least)- MS Office Suite- Fluent in spoken and written English.
