Document Controller

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for keeping things organized? We're seeking a Document Controller to collaborate closely with our Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, and PLM teams. The Role You Play In this role, you'll play a vital role in Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document management, Maintaining and organizing critical documents, and working collaboratively across different departments. Your main responsibilities will be Check Engineering Change Orders (ECN) in Teamcenter. Part creation in Teamcenter. Participate in data cleanups for migration projects. Participate in User Acceptance Testing efforts for Teamcenter releases. Identify missing documentation in ECNs and work with the authors to fix this data. Use of Excel to record the data and the changes needed. Some of the information will be entered into a Teamcenter testing environment. Create metrics of the work done to show progress. What you bring Intermediate level of English proficiency (oral and written). Proficiency in MS-Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). Good communication skills. Engineering degree or related field. Knowledge of any PLM system (Teamcenter, Agile, etc). Ability to meet deadlines and provide progress status on the required work.
