Dynamics 365 Erp Junior Analyst

**Position Overview**: Part of the team responsible for day-to-day operational support and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and operations (D365 F&O) implementations for the organization in the Americas. Collaborate with departments across the organization by gathering and analyzing requirements and assisting with the implementation of solutions to meet business needs related to logistics and inventory processes. You will work with end users providing support, training, and assistance.**Responsibilities**: Proactively manage and maintain Dynamics365 production and non-production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents, requests, and problems. Work with Dynamics AX end users and technical teams to implement enhancements and changes in our environments. Assist in testing and validating system changes, upgrades, and enhancements. Provide end user training on Dynamics365 F&O. Support future phases of Dynamics365 deployments for new features, modules, or instances.**Requirements**: Bachelor degree or advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in process management in operations and logistics areas. Knowledge in project implementations. Understanding of logistics, inventory management and costing. In the absence of Dynamics365 Certification, proficiency in SAP or another ERP is acceptable. B1 driver's license and passport are mandatory. American Visa is desirable. Schedule availability and adaptability to constant change are essential.
