**Job Description**:Job summary:Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Working with Consumer Business Group Global Marketing Center eCommerce team you will be responsible for optimizing retailer website pages for 3M products by:- Publishing assets leveraging retailer-specific tools and processes to ensure catalog accuracy and relevance when automation cannot be leveraged-- Gathering missing required assets and attributes to onboard products- Transforming assets to meet retailer specifications- Addressing revisions to required attributes made by Omni Retailers- Publishing assets leveraging retailer-specific tools and processes to ensure catalog accuracy and relevance when automation cannot be leveraged- Improving product presence by performing catalog scrubs, troubleshooting Andon-cord / order fulfilment issues, pricing, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) issues, SIOC certifications, suppression reporting / action, and monitoring invalid variations by reporting violations through Amazon Brand Registry- Organizing, activating, and recapping product sampling opportunities through VINE program and inventory Born to Run program.- Conducting audits of Amazon chargebacks (such as Carton Accuracy Fines), addressing data inaccuracies, and compiling a case to request repayment from Amazon.- Uploading Amazon A+ ContentSkills and Experience Required- 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration- Familiarity with GS1-managed data standards, including GDSN and GTINs is a plus- Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters- A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss- Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently & comfortably- Strong computer and technology skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel- Familiarity with eCommerce or e Merchandising experience is a plus- English Level: B2+/ C1Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
