We operate more than 70 manufacturing, R&D and operations facilities in approximately 30 countries and employ approximately 9,000 associates within our four distinct business divisions.The Employee Life Cycle Analyst, Implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping. Often handles sensitive employee and company information and inquires, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.RESPONSIBILITIES- Carry out a wide range of routine HR data processing tasks as directed(i.e. new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, etc.); advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.- Manage necessary data exchange (inbound and outbound) with HR vendors.-- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelors degree on Business Administration or similar role.- 2 - 3 years of experience in similar roles in shared service industry.- Experience with Workday ATS- Advanced EnglishHuntsman offers unsurpassed opportunities to build a successful future.
