**Job Description**:**Job Description**:Job summary:Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Manage contact list uploads and segment health.- Build campaigns based off workflows designed by digital strategists.- Track and report performance of campaigns.- Develop controls on all data inputs and outputs to drive data cleanliness.Skills and Expertise:- Collaborative Team player- Attention to details.- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects.- Bandwidth and ability to work remotely.- Ability to work both independently and as a team member as necessary.- Well organized and good time management skillsQualifications/Requirements:- Advance English Level B2+- 2+ years HTML/CSS knowledge is a must.- 2-3 years of experience using marketing automation systems such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and/or other is a must.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or recently graduated from an accredited university highly preferred.- Experience working with Eloqua and Jira- Experience working in an Agile environment.- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detailSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
