We are growing rapidly and looking for team members who are problem solvers.What is your mission in this role?- Perform all production processes following the instructions written in the MPI.- Check that all equipment and instruments have up-to-date preventive maintenance and calibration before starting production processes.- Register in all operations carried out during the day in the MPI.- Check that all components on the line are correctly identified with the batch number and the green part number label.- Ensure that material trays are properly identified with the batch number and white label.- Recognize the designation for each label color.- Have control of the rejection material in your work area.- Make correct use of the equipment.- Comply with the established Rest times.- Communicate to the supervisor the exit permits at least 24 hours in advance.- Provide the required vouchers to justify your absence.- Manage respect and decorum in the premises at all times.- Have good personal hygiene and be well groomed.- Follow the dress instructions for entry and exit from the production area.- Review the production plan with the planning and production team.- Generate Work Orders in Sage Pro.- Create work orders in Word.- Printing of work orders.- Pass the material supply kit from the work orders to the warehouse.- Verify the quantities according to the work order generated.- Verify the maintenance of the label printing machine.- Verify that you have the supplies required for the printing of the labels.- Follow the label printing procedure, check with the quality inspector the information of the labels.- Check the quantities and consecutive amounts of each label.- Deliver to Quality the labels for quality sampling.- Receive the labels sampled by quality.- Deliver to production the labels released for quality.- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Education and experience requirements:High School Complete.Proven experience of having worked at the plant previously
