Entry-Level Business Development/Consultant

Business Overview:
Maxwelton is a rapidly growing finance company with headquarters in New York, NY and offices in Connecticut. We provide financing to small and mid-size businesses throughout the United States. More than a finance company we help each company, by providing growth strategies.

Career Opportunity:
We are opening an office in Costa Rica, in June. This will start as a six-person office and will quickly grow to a team of 25-30 people. Each new hire will learn commercial finance, sales, business development, consulting and will be able to improve overall business skills.

Who We Are Looking For:
A-players, committed to learning, improving, and willingness to listen. We are a fast-growing company that needs to build a team quickly. Interest in finance, business and team oriented, are keys. Candidate must be able to speak English fluently and have the ability to learn quickly. University graduate in business is preferred, but not required.

Role:
Associate, Business Consultant
Entry-level Sales Position, new hire will learn finance and sales. Must be comfortable reaching out to clients on via the phone and e-mail. Marketing sources provide warm leads for team members. Solution or consultative sale, makes conversions, and hitting targets achievable.
