MUST BE A SPANISH SPEAKER- Experience in remote location and must have experience in 5 star hotels- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Exceptional creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing pastry recipes.- Experience in training and developing a team of pastry professionals.- In-depth knowledge of chocolate techniques, bread baking, and pastry arts.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.- A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
