We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleDesign, configure, and deploy F5 load balancers and DNS infrastructure to support application traffic distribution and high availability.Collaborate with network architects and system administrators to integrate F5 Technologies into the network infrastructure effectively.Monitor and optimize the performance of F5 load balancers and DNS servers to ensure efficient traffic management and resolution.Implement and maintain DNS zones, records, and policies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to F5 load balancing and DNS, conducting root cause analysis when necessary.Collaborate with application teams to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance on utilizing F5 load balancing and DNS effectively.Conduct regular capacity planning and scalability assessments for F5 load balancing infrastructure to meet current and future demands.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in F5 configurations and DNS deployments.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in F5 load balancing and DNS management.Provide training and support to network and operations teams on F5 load balancing and DNS concepts and operations.Provide on call support as requiredProvide guidance and leadership to less experienced engineers.Interface with vendors, VARs, third party partners, carriers, end-users, and internal engineering departments to maintain and provide a highly available and reliable network infrastructureWork with minimal supervision and instruction on routine work, and develop implementation approaches on new assignmentsWho You AreTypically requires BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience5 years supporting DNS and load balancersAvaibility to perform complex troubleshooting, including capturing and analyzing network packet tracesBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
