Field Access Manager

Functions:Maintain up to date knowledge of health system dynamics, policies and regulations.Gather and work with key payers' s insights and value drivers to develop a comprehensive, clear and compelling payer tailored access & pricing strategy to ensure patients' access to our innovative medicines.Develop and keep updated stakeholder mapping and employ mapping to execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan throughout the end to end inclusion/ decision-making process. Understand payers needs as well as identify the Health Technology Assessment and HEOR required data gap to ensure added value to the access strategy and to build solid and robust reimbursement / inclusion dossiers. Follow up and track the end-to-end inclusion process and decision making-process, leveraging the stakeholder's engagement plan to guarantee the access / inclusion objectives and goals.Work closely with Cross functional teams to guarantee flawless implementation and execution of the access strategies in the country.Other functions related.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of Market Access/Institutional practical experience.Advantageous experience in Public - Institutional Sales /Insurance and Commercial.Intermediate level of English.Date Posted21-feb-2024Closing Date30-mar-2024
