Finance Assistant Job

About the role: Provide support to the Financial Department in one or more of the following areas: General accounting, fix assets, and accounts payable.

Youre responsibilities include:

:Collaborate with the Finance Department on maintaining and monitoring Boston Scientifics Fixed Assets, in this way meeting and exceeding legal guidelines and better profession practices, both internally and externally.
:Collaborate with the Finance Department in the implementation of the Sites Internal Control System (including SOX Regulations), the development of procedures, and the execution of internal audits, which allow Boston Scientific to comply with local and international Finance regulations.
:Assist the Finance Department in recording accounting transactions, maintenance and control of balance sheet accounts related to Plant, Property and Equipment.

What were looking for:

:Have broad knowledge of Free Trade Zone Regime and Customs related items
:Have been involved in Procomer Audit activities
:Have experience in managing Capital Investment budgets
:SAP knowledge desired
:Bachelor Accounting or Business Administration
:2+ years experience
:English level: 70
:Knowledge in reconciling bank accounts and seats accounting
:Local an US accounting standards
