Financial Accountant I

How you would contribute to the role: The Financial Accountant I position is in charge of handling the IBO experience, from providing answers and solutions to taking appropriate actions following the Collections processes. The position will allow you to interact with different cultures all around the world.In this role you will also have a direct relationship with other departments like ANA Finance, Business Conduct and Rules, Protection Services, Customer Service, Bonus Department and General Ledger.This position will be in charge of VIP IBO Accounts and support the operation taking care of cases received or CMP platform. Also, the position is key to support the rest of the team on the different challenges that can result on cases and calls.

What skills and background will be important to be successful:

-Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
-Knowledge in Oracle EBS, JDE, AS400
-At least 1 year of experience in Collections or
Accounts Receivable
