We have been named by Forbes magazine as one of the "World's Most Innovative Companies" and ranked on Fortune's Best Companies to work for.**Job Description**:- Support monthly and annual commission processes.- Prepare monthly reports and support ad-hoc requests.- Drive continuous improvements in reporting, process efficiencies and system automations.- Run monthly reports, deliver results and collect data from Sales as it relates to commission statements.- Support the annual goal setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership while coordinating with multiple BU's across NA.- Run the monthly goal tracking process sales forecast and various reporting activities.- Data mining and reporting from multiple systems.- Problem solving and compensation plan analysis.- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.- Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related bachelor's degree.- English fluency.- 1+ years progressive experience in Finance.- Excellent skills in data analytics with the ability to manage large sets of data.- Highly collaborative, accountable, and extremely detailed under tight timelines.- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques.- Highly motivated, results-driven finance professional.- Intellectual curiosity, proactive approach to problem-solving.- Positive attitude, strong collaborative style and work ethic with passion for learning in a flexible and changing environment.**Preferred**:- Experience working with commission/compensation processes.- Experience working in an offshore Shared Service Center.- Strong Excel skill required; Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Smartview.- Experience with tableau, Power BI.Additional InformationOur benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
