**OTSI** (**Object Technology Solutions, Inc**) has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst IIFINANCIAL ANALYST II (HYBRID/COSTA RICA)MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:- Partner with the PCS Finance Central FP&A, Product & Cloud Finance, and Corporate Finance teams.- Engage closely on periodic close activities, Forecast, Annual/Bi-annual/Quarterly Planning processes.- Support timely and accurate headcount and expense forecasting, various weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis support, as needed.- Prior experience in expense and headcount reporting and forecasting is preferred.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Experience is a plus- English B2+, C1- Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, and SAP is a plus.- Excel experienceAbout usFounded in 1999 and headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, OTSI offers global reach and local delivery to companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500s.
