Fixed Assets Accountant

**Main Purpose of Job**:Comply with all the necessary actions required by the Free Zone Law and its regulations, references to assets control, documentation of entry and exit of materials and assets, operations books and inventory control.**Responsibilities**:- Capitalize fixed assets.- Keep the fixed assets sub ledger updated.- Control of Capex- Carry out reconciliations of asset accounts.- Keep updated the database of new and existing assets.Knowledge / Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance.- Intermediate English- Required proficiency in MS-Office mainly: Excel (index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, look-ups) &- MS-Power PointWork Experience- +2 year experience in fixed assets administration and Accounting knowledge.Viant provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
