It isn't a question.The Planning & Forecasting Lead will be supporting Commercial LOC Finance Team and Finance Director by leading annual and monthly/quarterly forecasts processes. P&F Team Leader will be also responsible to coordinate, prepare scenarios, discuss, align and report the financial forecasting information of assigned markets, ensuring that managerial financial reporting is performed, in time and in the forms required by corporate guidelines, facilitating managerial decision making.Key Responsibilities Work with your Local finance and other colleagues within Designated Markets to create Forecasts.Accountable for creating, updating, and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts. Able to simplify processes/activities to increase efficiency and focus the team in more add value activities.Understand assumptions and drive SG&A planning.Compare and comment on forecasts against budgets and prior month forecasts.Perform variance analysis and comment on performance making recommendations of improvements going forward.Understand the link between plan & actuals.Preparing internal management reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision makingCompleting ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or the FDEncourage a one finance team sense of belonging from different geographies.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree in business administration or financeMinimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial controlling, and analysis preferably gathered in a corporate environment in a multinational company.Advanced English levelProficient financial knowledge of analysis, evaluation, modelling and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Diversity, Equity and InclusionCare to join us.
