About the Job Our client, a production company is seeking a videographer/cameraman with senior-level or industry-averaged experience for a short-term project in Costa Rica. The primary responsibility involves following a group of travelers and capturing engaging video footage over the course of one or two days. This is a single job opportunity, and the videographer/cameraman will need to be physically present at the location in Costa Rica for the entire duration of the project. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the production team to understand the project's objectives and desired style of footage Plan and prepare for the shoot, ensuring all necessary equipment is in working condition and readily available Follow the group of travelers throughout their activities in Costa Rica, capturing candid moments, scenic shots, and engaging footage Demonstrate expertise in camera operation, framing, and shot composition Adapt to changing lighting conditions and environments to maintain high-quality footage Requirements Proven experience as a videographer/cameraman, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a professional setting Solid understanding of videography principles, camera operations, and lighting techniques Proficiency in using various camera systems, lenses, and accessories Ability to capture high-quality footage in a variety of settings and environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering visually appealing and engaging content
