Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Prepare accounting entries in NetSuite.
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
Manage month-end and year-end closing and AP, FA and AR Ledgers.
Ensure compliance with the law and accounting standards & reporting
Provides information and auditing schedules to the auditors as needed.
Prepare properly supported balance sheet reconciliations timely and accurately; investigate and resolve reconciling differences in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare Tax declaration (D-151- D101-D104-D103) & Procomer reports and Canon calculation.
Experience in Free Trade Zone regime, local requirements for fixed assets and PROCOMER audit.
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast GnA expenses
Achieve required accuracy on all defined KPIs and SLAs
Qualifications
It will really make us smile if you have
Accounting Degree or related field with 5+ or more years of experience
Strong English language oral and written skills.
Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills
Strong knowledge on IFRS & US GGAP.
