Responsibilities:- Acts as a trusted advisor to and manages the relationship with dedicated Total Rewards Leaders on all Global Compensation Programs Team offerings i.e., Jobs, Benchmarking, Salary Structures, Investment Modelling, Cycle Management, Off-Cycle Base Pay Recommendations, Analytics.- Owns specific offerings from the Global Compensation Solutions offerings portfolio globally and acts as an internal Subject Matter Expert leading global delivery and setting the innovation agenda on that portfolio item.Provides benchmarking and market intelligence services to dedicated organizations in the company (geography, region, country, operating unit etc.) by recommending use of and ensuring participation in relevant market surveys / studies (recurring and ad-hoc, traditional and alternative), following local market dynamics and changes as required to acquire best quality market data / information.- Ensures market competitiveness of the company within defined scope (dedicated organizations) by conducting specific research, market pricing certain jobs and/or creating salary structures following defined methodology and leveraging tools / technology used at Coca-Cola.- Supports dedicated Total Rewards Leaders in modelling investments and defining guidelines for global rewards cycles (Base Pay, Short Term Incentives, Long Term Incentives) using internal and / or external tools e.g., BPMT, MarketPay, COMPBASE- Supports Recruitment teams, HR SBPs, and regional/field Total Rewards teams on the delivery for Off/Cycle Base Pay Recommendations as well as Global Cash Retention programs.- Develops data insights into Global Compensation Programs offerings for dedicated organizations by leveraging existing and potentially initiating new data analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions.- Manages the compensation cycles operational phases from Advance Compensation Planner modules business requirements definition, maintenance of data flows and actual execution of the management planning phases and data audits.- Address promptly ad-hoc issues and challenges reported by stakeholders partnering with other Global Compensation Programs Team Members, leveraging existing knowledge database and / or escalating to higher level as required.Core Competencies:- Customer / User Focus: Puts customers / users (external and internal), their needs and experience a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the- Critical Thinking and Constructive Challenging: Identifies and respectfully flags concerns, calls out ambiguities and points out inconsistencies to clarify issue under revision, problem statement definition, solution options etc.- Offers Solution Options and Recommendation: Proactively engages with stakeholders / clients to understand their needs and challenges; develops potential solution options and fact-based recommendation to address identified problem.- Presents persuasively: Finds ways to clearly explain applied methodology, proposed solutions, deployed offerings etc. to the customers / users; Conveys key messages and obtains buy-in from stakeholders intentionally using appropriate terminology depending on the audience e.g., use simple non-technical language over precise professional terms etc.- Drives Innovative Business Improvements: Develops new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements; promotes a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and rational risk-taking- Balances Immediate and Long-Term Priorities: Seeks to meet critical objectives while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals- Delivers Results: Focuses on the critical few objectives that add the most value and channels own and others' energy to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations- Imports and Exports Good Ideas: Relentlessly seeks, shares and adopts ideas and best practices in and outside the Company and embraces change introduced by others.- Develops and Inspires Others: Builds and maintains relationships that motivate, guide, and/or reinforce the performance of others toward goal accomplishments.
