Its purpose is to support data management of the department, its capture, analysis, and reporting; as well as contributing with the department's continuous improvement and supporting the team on identifying which factories/areas represent a major risk for the company.We offer:- Extraordinary employee experience- Flexible schedule- Working from home- Fitness subsidy- Tuition reimbursement- Outdoor days (paid days to enjoy outdoor activities)- L.L.Bean employee discount- Asociación solidarista- Life and medical insurance- Company doctorAbout you:- English level: C1- Education level: 4-Year Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability, Human Resources, or related fields)- Years of Experience: 1+- Technical knowledge proficiency level: Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables and Functions) and Microsoft 365 Apps.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, critical thinking.- Organized, multi-tasking, creative/proactive.- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ethical.- Ability to travel in the Americas as directed.- Nice to have: Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).About the role:- Create a summary report for each factory scheduled to be audited, including their main information, history, and open purchase orders.- Review and summarize health & safety regulations and labor laws of countries where LLB production takes place.- Monitor news and social media of the main countries and factories where there is LLB production.- Send questionnaires to vendors/factories/mills, ensure they are completed correctly and process the data captured.- Monitor and assess measure L.L.Bean supply chain risk.- Maintain and update internal databases and shared folders / Share Point.- Assisting in maintaining factory environmental data.- Design new tools / automate processes to increase team's efficiency and productivity.- Create reports/analysis and support creating reports/analysis for upper management.- May support auditors during social compliance audits.- Additional duties as requested.If you care about the outdoors, joining L.L.Bean is a great way to feel good about what you do.
