**You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to**:- Executing weekly payment runs, overpayment refunds, Citi payments, CONVERA support accounting open items and payment files maintenances.- Customer support through Service Now L2 tickets and generic accounts.- Support issues with a low complexity within the expense pay program.- Support process improvement efforts and quality initiatives such as BPM, EVDs/Non-EVDs, collaborate on root cause analisys (A3).- Document new processes and maintains DTPs in line with operational delivery.- Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills- Excellent presentation and written communication skills- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Self-motivated, highly developed organizational skills- Prioritize workload, be comfortable with ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change- Effectively influence peers, business partners, vendors and employees at all grade levels- Efficient at working both independently and as part of a team- Analytical and problem solving skills and root cause analysis- Creative and critical thinker**Qualifications**Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
