At MicroPort, we care about our employees.**Your duties will include**:- Assist in the upstream commercial assessment and lifecycle management for MicroPort Orthopedics' portfolio as well as downstream commercial execution of marketing tactics.- Partner with R&D and Sales Leadership to outline portfolio needs and develop the new product development pipeline, including managing/developing the business case for each new product development to grow all respective spaces.- Collaborate and assure alignment with other functional areas including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Sales Leadership, and Medical/Sales Education.- Prepare and execute detailed product commercialization plans including positioning, targeting, selling tactics and collaterals, clinical evidence, economic value proposition, forecasting, pricing, sales training, and medical education.- Develop inputs for the marketing budget ensuring that expenses are in-line with approved amounts.- Establish and maintain relationships with key clinicians and thought leaders in the industry.- Work comprehensively with Medical Education to ensure that products are properly supported with educational events and programs.- Provide leadership to the overall marketing team for the achievement of organizational objectives and strengthening of team talent and morale.Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
