JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.**What this job involves**: Global operations coordinator, Research, JLL in partnership with Global Real Estate & Facilities, Amazon**What your day-to-day will look like**:Provide administrative support for the entire PLAN team by assisting with meeting scheduling and planning, including coordinating multiple schedules across global time zones, and drafting meeting invites with relevant and timely information.Help manage and maintain an online content hub by posting new content and archiving old content on a regular basis, and coordinating with relevant teams on any page updates and edits.Assist teams with planning multiple series of recurring meetings, including managing scheduling of preparation calls with various stakeholders, working with Comms partner on event invitations, and helping with any ad hoc, administrative needs associated with event planning.Complete word processing tasks and administrative duties efficiently and timely Coordinate special events such as multi-day team summits (live, virtual, or combination) and other in-person meetings. Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed**Desired or preferred experience and technical skills**:Excellent verbal communication skills, good judgment, and strong time management skills in order to meet deadlines and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders at onceProficient in MS Office; advanced skills a plusAbility to learn to use new tools and technologies quicklySuperior client/customer service skills and orientation**Required Skills and Experience**:Proven experience as administrative assistant, office coordinator or in a similar roleExperience in customer service and managing diverse groups of stakeholders, including those across global time zonesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailsAbility to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situationsExcellent grammar and proofreading abilitiesAbility to plan and manage work under time constraints and with mínimal guidanceAbility to read, write, and verbally communicate in fluent EnglishHS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferredIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
