**What is the role?**dotCMS is a cloud-based Digital Experience platform that is changing how enterprises do digital. We seek a talented and creative **Graphic Designer **to join our growing marketing team at dotCMS.As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually unifying the dotCMS brand and supporting the marketing team in telling the dotCMS story through creative, visual design to help meet business goals. And since we don't gather around the water cooler in an office, we like to gather around the cool waters of Costa Rica a few times a year for our regular off-sites, where we blow off some steam and re-energize as a group.**What you'll bring to the team**:- Work closely with the marketing team to take written and spoken ideas and find compelling and creative ways to present content that resonates with our audiences.- Create and update brand assets, including icons, style guides, and brand guidelines.- Design webpage layouts and work with devs on implementation.- Establish design philosophy and process at dotCMS.**Why we get excited about you**:- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience within a software company or creative agency specializing in SaaS companies.- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Experience creating animations and editing video content is a plus.- Experience managing agencies or design teams is a plus.**Why should you join?**If you have great experience but are tired of being a cog in a giant corporate wheel, this job is for you.
