Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Quality Group Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Quality Team Managers and Trust & Safety Quality Auditors along with working with Policy, Program, Engineering, Legal and other teams to prevent violating content from appearing on PV. Your teams will audit human and ML review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities. A day in the lifeTo be successful in this role you'll need to be well organized, assisting multiple Trust and Safety teams with different issues at any one time. Technically savvy with an interest in compliance quality content moderation, your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, being able to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly to the catalog associates. Your commitment to the success of our Trust & Safety org should be strong and you should have a proven record of exceeding on input/output goals.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:San Jose, CRIBASIC QUALIFICATIONS•5+ years' experience in operations and people management •Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations •Should have the exposure of managing large teams (50+).•Bachelor's degree in Managing Business related fields, or 2 years in equivalent and relevant work experience.•Expert level in organization-wide initiatives that deliver direct business impact globally.
