Four Seasons Tamarindo is currently looking for a Guest Services Supervisor who will report to the Guest Experience Manager and Guest Experience Assistant Manager/ Manager on Duty.This key asset to the Guest Experience department (Guest Experience, Reception, Concierge, and Guest Services) prepares and assists with the arrival and departure process of our guests in coordination with other Resort services. He/she will ensure mastery and compliance with Four Seasons quality standards and constantly improve mastery of customer recognition throughout the Resort. The Guest Experience's team is very active within the Resort: they contact VVIP customers before arrival at the hotel; welcome customers; meet them throughout their stay; promote our restaurants, Spa, Club, and activities within the hotel, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay. They know how to create and offer unique experiences to our customers. They maintain good commercial and professional relationships with our partners. He/she has excellent communication/coordination between departments to anticipate our customers' expectations and ensure continuity of service from their pre-stay until after their stay. Excellent in problem management and finding solutions, he/she must demonstrate great autonomy in this area. Finally, he/she will participate in the Room Upsell Program and in highlighting the activities offered by the Guest Experience.Our standards of quality, service, culture, and image are the values that we will?develop together for your career.
