Healthcare Phone Sales Representative

We are a U.S. based company looking for an "EXPERIENCED" and "MOTIVATED" phone sales representative to establish strong relationships with prospective clients who are interested in weight loss surgery.You will answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them plan/organize/schedule their surgery date. This position requires talking on the phone up to 6 hours per day to qualified leads that have already expressed interest.**Daily Responsibilities**:- Extensive follow-up with prospective clients- Make out-bound calls (30+ per day)- Record lead communication/information accurately within our CRM system- Be available at your desk to communicate in a professional and courteous manner- Always provide exceptional customer service**Required Experience**:- **100% Fluent Conversational English spoken and written is required**:- Highly organized, self-motivated, and persistent- Able to develop trust and friendship over the phone with clients- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills- Have phone sales experience _(2 year preferred)_- Enjoy talking on the phone up to 6 hours per day- Familiar with computers and internet technology (i.e., internet, navigate between multiple screens, different web technologies including customer relationship management software (CRM), smartphone, and basic apps**Preferred Experience (not required)**:- Familiarity with bariatric weight loss surgery procedures**Work Environment**:- Full time Monday thru Friday, flexible on hours- Saturday and Sunday shifts available also- Work from home, you must have a fully equipped, quite environment and dedicated work-station: high speed internet, computer with monitor, phone line and headset**Compensation**:- Position starts at USD $9.0 per hour + a competitive commission structure with pay rate increases after the first 60 days and thereafter based on performance.Work Remotely- YesPay: From ¢6,200.00 per hour**Experience**:- sales: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
