Come join us and together we can make a difference in the future of healthcare.**Responsibilities**:- Process North America and Costa Rica employee new hires, employee changes and terminations in Workday System.- Administering Workday process, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.- Act as the liaison for Workday between the Corporate Recruiter, SAP, HR Team and ADP.- Provide HR team with reporting as required.- Partner with HR team and provide HRIS support as needed.- Anticipates and identifies data problems and takes appropriate actions to resolve issues.**Qualifications**:- High School diploma- Business Administration degree or HR student- Workday or HRIS knowledge required- Proficiency in English- 1 plus years of SAP experience preferred but not required- Strong knowledge in Workday/ADP Vantage- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.- Well organized- Accurate and attentive to detail- Ability to multitask, and work well in a fast paced environment- Ability to assist and support others- Ability to communicate effectively (written & spoken) as required for job related communication throughout the organization- Regular attendance required- Ability to travel as neededSome of your BenefitsDiversity & Inclusion: Enter a diversity-driven world of innovationMeal allowance: Allowance makes meals more affordableTraining / Career development: Programs to supercharge skills and expertiseSustainability / Community service: Making a difference with sustainability, community serviceCompany events: Events to built teams and relationships prime for accomplishmentAdditional InformationGabriel Ramírez- Discover more about us
