Fuller is to deliver H.R. and people insights that shape workforce strategy and support business results. The Analyst will operate across a spectrum of reporting and analytical responsibilities. The Analyst will be a company expert on our people data. They will partner closely with our HRIS and Finance Business Intelligence teams to leverage deeper technical expertise to develop analytical systems and tools. With these systems and tools, the Analyst will enable stakeholders with the ability to tell "stories" with data that ignite action and create business value. They will also support the People Analytics leader in the growth of analytical capabilities across the organization. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to gather, articulate and document requirements that align people and HR data analytics with the strategic needs of the business Guide stakeholders through a structured intake process to develop solutions and deliverables Work on multiple projects simultaneously Collaborate with technical experts in HRIS and Finance Business Intelligence to build our People Analytics system infrastructure Communicate specifications that enable the technical teams to build our data mart(s)/warehouse(s) and data models Design and deliver key people and HR metrics, reports, dashboards and platforms Test and validate the integrity of developed datasets and calculations Recommend additional, modified or the removal of analytical elements based on business analysis and management decisions Be the expert on H.B. Fuller's structured and unstructured people data Leverage business acumen, intellectual curiosity, as well as expertise on data, systems, and reporting to understand the nuances and intricacies of our people data Partner across the organization to support and maintain standard data definitions Contribute to the growth of analytical capabilities across the organization. Support People Analytics projects, research and initiatives as requested Build the organization's capability to leverage People Analytics solutions through instruction and training Be informed of the latest techniques, technologies, and practices in the People Analytics landscape Minimum Requirements:5+ years of related work experience in Analytics, IT, Human Resources, or related functionsBachelor's degree requiredExpertise with data, reporting and advanced analytics Technical capability to understand analytical systems, tools, and data flow Proficient in Power BI, Power Query, Dataverse or similar business intelligence / data software systems A self-starter with a strong work ethic and organizational skills Consultative in approach to identifying and communicating issues, improvement ideas, potential impacts, and solutions Able to achieve results through informal partnership and influence Demonstrated project management experience Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking Travel: minimal to trainingsPreferred Requirements:Experience in a People Analytics role Experience with data modeling Experience with Workday or a cloud based HCM system Familiarity with MS SQL Server or other database solutions Advanced MS Office Suite skills Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization Functional HR experience
