This role will provide support for any global HR operational needs. We're looking for someone who will work efficiently in supporting HR operations as well as help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalable processes as our business grows.Accountabilities:- Support HR team projects and initiatives, including but not limited to annual performance reviews, compensation, employee relations, and training.- Responsible for HR system data entry. This may include new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, reporting changes, salary changes, title changes, or other employee changes. Prepares communications, job descriptions, employee queries, etc.- Provide support to HRBPs as needed.- Provide internal customer support for all HR-related matters.- Support regional initiatives around payroll and benefits.- Performs other related duties and HR projects as required or assigned.Essential Criteria:- 1+ Years of Human Resource experience.- HR Analytics & Reporting: Experience working with Employee databases or systems.
